We, Copper Canoe Woman, are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges that you may incur.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends).
Shipments are sent out once weekly, and sometimes twice a week depending on time.
*When/If processing times increase, we will announce this on the website and on social media.
Shipping Rates + Delivery Estimates
Canada Post flat rate shipping within Canada is $20usd*
Canada Post states:
”The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
- Two business days for local mail
- Three business days within the province
- Four days for national mail
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.”
Damages and Insurance
Copper Canoe Woman is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. After a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for it.
The option to purchase shipping insurance is provided. If there is a problem with your shipment, contact us so we can file a claim. Without insurance, we cannot guarantee compensation or reimbursement.
